Turnstone Development - Developments

	By structuring affiliate corporations, Turnstone partners with private developers for both senior and family rental and for-sale housing developments. We continue to find new ways to support the development of affordable housing. For example, we consult with private sector developers on the financing of affordable housing. We are also serving as development managers for the Housing Authority of Cook County on the rehab of various residential development.
